Recipe of the Day: Masala Khichdi
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- ½ cup moong dal
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 2–3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 4 cups water
